ABOUT

I have this idea (perhaps a little ambitious) of wanting to share with the public my underwater odyssey through my photographs.

Being able to immerse yourself in this world, indulge in relaxation and imagine yourself floating in a state of weightlessness… There is a therapeutic aim, an invitation to let go, during moments you feel overwhelmed (at work, at home, school, street, public transport, hospital… anywhere).

Also, my ambition is to make you feel what I see, this connectivity with the ocean and respect it.

Because images are more meaningful and transmit more emotions to raise awareness for everyone about the fragility of our Marine Ecosystems.

Naturally, I was able to combine my passions for diving and photography.

As a dive instructor in Papua New Guinea, I have this great opportunity to discover the least explored waters in the world and still untouched by the mass tourism. I teach from Discover Scuba diving to Divemaster, offering different specialties such as Nitrox, deep diving, wreck diving and underwater photography and more.

 I’m involved in the youth and awareness programmes with local schools and I’m also an Hyperbaric Technician in Port Moresby.

J’ai l’idée (un peu ambitieuse peut-être) de vouloir partager avec le public mon odyssée sous-marine à travers mes photographies. 

Pouvoir s’immerger dans ce monde, se laisser aller à la détente et s’imaginer flotter être en état d’apesanteur… Il y a une visé thérapeutique, une invitation au lâcher-prise lors de moment trop envahissant pour soi (au travail, à la maison, à l’école, dans la rue, dans les transports ou ailleurs...) 

Également, j’ai pour ambition de vous faire ressentir ce que je vois, cette connectivité avec l’Océan et la respecter. 

Puis les images sont plus parlantes pour transmettre des émotions et ainsi sensibiliser tout le monde sur la fragilité de nos Écosystèmes Marins.

Tous naturellement, j’ai pu allier mes passions pour la plongée et la photographie. 

Étant instructeur de plongée, j’ai cette chance immense de découvrir les eaux les moins explorées au monde et encore vierge du tourisme de masse de la Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guinée où je suis basée actuellement. J’y enseigne du baptême de plongée au Divemaster, offrant différente spécialité comme la plongée au Nitrox, la profonde, sur épaves, soin de premier secours, photographies sous-marines et bien d’autres… 

Je suis impliquée dans certains programmes de sensibilisation marine dans des écoles locales et je suis également Technicien Hyperbare à Port Moresby.
